WWE No Mercy Opener:

The WWE No Mercy opening video played, and it talked about tonight's main event!

In the arena:

The fireworks went off in the arena and the fans went nuts for the start of WWE No Mercy as "Click, Click, Boom!" played as the No Mercy theme! A shot of WWE New York was shown, and they were going nuts as well for No Mercy.

Helms made the tag to Storm and Helms and Storm gave Matt a double team neck breaker and then Storm pinned Matt for a two count. Storm then hammered away on Matt Hardy and then he rubbed his face into the mat. Helms was ready for the tag, but Storm didn't seem to want to tag, but he did anyway. Helms and Storm whipped Matt off the ropes, and Matt came back with a double clothesline to knock both Storm and Helms down. Matt made the tag to Jeff and he got in the ring and knocked Helms down and then he gave Storm a jaw breaker. Jeff went for a leg drop on Helms, but Ivory grabbed his leg and then Storm knocked Jeff to the outside of the ring. Storm held onto Jeff Hardy and Helms went off the ropes and Matt Hardy nailed him with a clothesline as he was about to nail Jeff on the outside. Matt knocked Storm down, and Molly got in the ring and helped Helms to his feet. Helms then came off the top rope with a cross body on the Hardys and Storm on the outside of the ring!

Helms rolled Jeff back into the ring and he gave him a number of right hands. Helms made the tag to Storm and Helms whipped Jeff off the ropes and Storm nailed Jeff with a drop kick, and then he pinned him for a two count. Storm hammered away on Jeff in the corner and then he made the tag to Helms. Storm gave Jeff a suplex as Helms pulled Jeff down to the mat and then Helms pinned Jeff for a two count. Helms gave Jeff Hardy a back breaker and then he pinned him for a two count. Helms choked Jeff over the second rope and then he picked him up and held onto him as Storm kicked him in the mid section. Storm slammed Jeff's head into the corner a couple of times and then he gave him some knees to the mid section in the corner. Storm whipped Jeff into the other corner and Jeff hopped to the top rope and came off with the Whisper in the Wind on Lance Storm! Storm was able to get up to make the tag to Helms and Jeff went for the tag to Jeff and Helms grabbed Jeff's foot. Jeff gave Helms a mule kick and then he made the tag to Matt. Matt came off the top rope with a clothesline on Helms and then he hammered away on Storm as he got in the ring. Matt Hardy gave Helms a neck breaker and then a pin for a two count as Storm interrupted the pin.

The Hardys then hit Storm with the Poetry in Motion and then they went for it on Helms, but Helms moved and he rolled Matt up in a pin for a two count. Matt whipped Helms into the corner and then he gave him a body slam. Matt then went to the second rope and he came off with a leg drop on The Hurricane and then he pinned him for a two count. Matt went for the Twist of Fate, but Storm got in the ring to stop it and then Helms and Storm nailed Matt with a double team super kick and then Helms pinned him for a two count as Jeff broke up the pin. Jeff knocked Storm to the outside of the ring and then Helms held Matt for Molly, but Lita stopped Molly and then Ivory got in the ring and tossed Lita to the outside of the ring as Matt gave Helms a back suplex. Jeff Hardy then gave Ivory a leg drop to the mid section and then Storm got the half crab on Jeff and then Lita came off the top rope with the hurricanrana on Storm! Matt Hardy then gave The Hurricane the Twist of Fate and then Jeff Hardy came off the top rope with the swanton bomb and then a pin for a three count by Matt Hardy to get the win!

Backstage:

Rob Van Dam was shown walking in the backstage area, and he came across Regal. Regal assumed that RVD was going to find Stone Cold and apologize to him for frog splashing him on Smackdown!. Rob said no, and Regal assumes that Rob has nothing to do with Vince, and Rob said that he's not on Vince's side. He's only looking out for number one, and that's him. RVD. Regal told Rob not to do anything silly, and anything he might regret later. Rob said "ok," and then he left.

Backstage:

A black limo was shown arriving to the arena and it's Vince! Michael Cole asked Vince where he's been, and why did he come back?! Vince asked Michael to help him with his jacket, and Michael helped him, but he dropped it. Michael then told Vince that Rob Van Dam just arrived. Vince said that he's glad to hear that, and Michael's questions will be answered before the night is over, one way or another. Vince is here tonight to make a difference, and an impact. The next time Michael drops his jacket, he's going to drop Cole.

Kane got out of the ring and went after Test and he gave him a hard right hand on the outside of the ring. Kane continued with the right hands and Nick Patrick tried to stop him, but Kane scared him off. Test then nailed Kane with the ring bell, and the referee didn't do anything about it. Test rolled Kane back into the ring and Test gave Kane a hard right hand and then he gave him a number of right hands as Kane was down on the mat. Test picked Kane up and backed him into the corner and gave him a number of hard right hands. Test choked Kane with his boot as he was down in the corner and the referee was there to make the count. Test hooked Kane in a delayed suplex and then he pinned him for a two count. Kane got up and nailed Test with a vicious right hand and then he gave him some more right hands. Kane then gave Test a short clothesline and then he went off the ropes with an elbow drop, but Test was able to move out of the way.

Test went to the second rope, and he came off with a jumping reverse elbow on Kane, and then a pin for a two count. Test gave Kane some more right hands and then Kane slammed Test into the corner and then Test whipped Kane into the corner and he caught Kane in a side walk slam and then Test went to the top rope and he came off with an elbow drop, but Kane was able to move out of the way! Kane then got up and he gave Test a neck breaker and both men were down on the mat. Kane nailed Test with some right hands and then he knocked him down and whipped him into the corner and Kane nailed Test from behind, in the corner. Kane then hooked Test in a back suplex and he got it on and then he pinned Test for a two count. Test nailed Kane in the mid section, and he went for the pump handle, but Kane battled out of it. Kane gave Test a side walk slam and then he pinned him for a two count. Kane knocked Test to the outside of the ring with a clothesline and then Kane went after him and Test slammed Kane into the ring post, and then he gave him a big boot!

Test then picked Kane up and rolled him into the ring and he pinned him, but he was only able to get a two count. Test waited for Kane to get up and he went for the big boot on Kane, but Kane ducked it. Kane then grabbed Test by the throat and the fans went nuts as Kane gave Test a huge choke slam, but Kane was unable to pin him as he went down. Kane then rolled over and pinned Test for a two count. Test and Kane exchanged right hands and then Kane whipped Test into the corner and Test got Kane in a power slam and then he went to the top rope for the clothesline, but Test was able to avoid it by ducking it. Test then kicked Kane and then he hooked him in the pump handle power slam and then he pinned him for a two count! Phew! Test couldn't believe that Kane kicked out of it and then Test went to the top rope and he came off with an elbow drop on Kane. Test then pinned Kane for another two count! Test got angry and he couldn't believe that Kane kicked out again. Test then went to the outside of the ring and he grabbed a steel chair and brought it into the ring with him.

Kane got up and drop kicked the chair right into Test's face! Kane then picked the steel chair up and he went to hit Test, but Nick Patrick stopped him. Kane tossed the chair down to the mat and then he grabbed Nick Patrick by the throat, but then he shoved him down and went for a choke slam on Test, but Test gave Kane a low blow and then Test gave Kane the big boot and then a pin for a three count to get the win!

The Aftermath:

After the match, Kane grabbed Nick Patrick by the throat and he gave him a choke slam in the middle of the ring! Kane started to leave, but that wasn't enough. Kane picked Nick Patrick up and gave him yet another choke slam! Kane then got out of the ring, but that wasn't enough for Nick Patrick. Kane rushed back into the ring and he picked Nick Patrick up and he gave him a power bomb!

Backstage:

The Coach was shown knocking on Stone Cold's door, and Debra answered. Debra asked The Coach what he wants, and The Coach wanted to get a word with Stone Cold, but Debra said that she doesn't think Stone Cold wants to talk to The Coach. Debra asked Austin, and he said that he doesn't want to talk to The Coach. By the way, Stone Cold thinks Kurt Angle is a sorry son of a bitch, and RVD is a big piece of trash! As far as Vince McMahon is concerned, he's a bigger piece of trash than RVD, and there ain't no way that he's going to lose his WWE Title tonight! Austin yelled all of that, and then he thanked The Coach and told him to get his butt out of here.

Backstage:

Stacy Keibler was shown in the backstage area, and she came across Matt Hardy. Stacy started to ask where the Dudleys are, but it doesn't matter, because Matt's a Hardy and he wouldn't know. Stacy then asked Matt Hardy what he thinks about her lingerie. Matt said it's real good. She looks great. Lingerie Match. Stacy left, and Matt couldn't get his eyes off of Stacy. Lita showed up and asked Matt what he's looking at, and Matt said nothing. Matt then told Lita that she did great tonight, as always!

The Aftermath:

After the match, Torrie stared down Stacy as she was down on the mat.

Backstage:

Kurt Angle was shown with Michael Cole, and Michael mentioned the return of Vince. He was supporting Rob Van Dam, and he is here tonight, and he vows to make an impact. Kurt said that we all know that Vince marches to the beat of a different drum, and he's got his eyes on Rob Van Dam for some reason, but tonight, Kurt has his eyes on Stone Cold and Rob Van Dam. Vince showed up and said long time no see. Vince wished Kurt Angle the best of luck, tonight. Kurt thanked him, and he said that he doesn't think he'll be needing luck, because tonight, he's going to go out there and win the WWE Title one more time. Oh it's true. Oh hell yeah it's true. As a matter of a fact, it's Van Dam True!

Backstage:

Christian was shown with Lilian, and we are just moments away from the Ladder Match. Christian asked Lilian if she remembers when he and Edge were a tag team, and everybody was saying, "how great is Edge? He's going to be a huge star one day." People fail to realize that no matter how good you are, there's somebody just a bit better. Tonight, Christian is going to prove to Edge and the entire world that Christian is just plain better.

Edge followed him and the two exchanged right hands in front of the crowd. Edge knocked Christian onto a chair and then he picked him up and tossed him into a mini wall. Christian gave Edge some right hands and then he charged at Edge, and Edge gave him a back body drop, back into the ringside area. Edge then set the ladder up at ringside and then he gave him a sling shot into the ladder. Edge then grabbed another ladder and he set it up on the security wall and the steel steps and then Christian raked the yes of Edge. Christian then tossed Edge onto the ladder and then Edge fell to the floor. Christian got on the ladder and he grabbed Edge and the two walked the ladder and Christian went for a suplex but Edge countered with some right hands and then Christian fell in the ladder and straddled the rungs of the ladder! Edge then rolled Christian back into the ring and he gave him a number of right hands and then he went to the outside of the ring and he grabbed the ladder and started to put it in the ring, but Christian jumped on it, and the ladder went right into Edge's face!

Christian then grabbed the ladder and pulled it into the ring and then he set it up in the middle of the ring and started climbing the ladder and Edge got in the ring and shoved the ladder down and Christian landed on his feet and he knocked Edge down with a hard clothesline. Christian grabbed the ladder and he rammed it into Edge's mid section and then he trapped Edge in the corner with the ladder and then he slammed Edge's head into the ladder a couple of times. The fans started chanting "Christian sucks!" as he went under the ring for a chair. Christian came up from behind of Edge with the chair, but Edge pulled Christian down onto the ladder! Edge set the ladder up against the ropes and then he got Christian on his back and then he tossed Christian into the ladder against the ropes and both men went down! After a few moments, both men got up and Edge set up a ladder in the corner, and then Christian whipped Edge right into the ladder! Christian stomped away on Edge as he was down on the mat and then he gave Edge a nasty sling shot into the ladder.

Christian then grabbed the ladder and pulled it into the ring and then he set it up in the middle of the ring and started climbing the ladder and Edge got in the ring and shoved the ladder down and Christian landed on his feet and he knocked Edge down with a hard clothesline. After a few moments, both men got up and Edge set up a ladder in the corner, and then Christian whipped Edge right into the ladder! Christian stomped away on Edge as he was down on the mat and then he gave Edge a nasty sling shot into the ladder.

Christian then grabbed hold of another ladder and he pulled it into the ring. Christian and Edge set up both of the ladders in the center of the ring and Christian started to go up and Edge went up with him and then Edge gave Christian some shots to the back of the head and then he hooked him in the Edge-o-Matic from the ladders! Edge looked like he hurt his back on the way down and he started to climb up the ladder, in a lot of pain. The fans went nuts as Edge was on his way up and Christian got up and he nailed Edge in the back as he was on the ladder. Christian then returned the favor by giving Edge a reverse DDT from the ladders! Christian then got out of the ring and he pulled two steel chairs out from under the ring and he brought them into the ring. Christian went for the Conchairto, but Edge was able to shove the chair into Christian's face and the he brought a third ladder into the ring! Edge set the ladder up on two chairs and then he slammed Christian's head into the ladder and he gave him a number of right hands as he was on the ladder. Edge then went to the top rope and he came off with a big splash onto Christian on the ladder!

Edge slowly got up and he started to climb the ladder and Christian crawled to the other side of the ring and he picked the ladder up and he knocked Edge down from the ladder and Edge spilled down to the mat. Christian then started climbing the ladder and Edge went to the top rope and he took Christian down with a spear! Edge and Christian then got up and they started climbing the same ladder, which is the third ladder in the ring, and Christian reached for the belt, but then Edge gave him some right hands. Edge and Christian then exchanged right hands and then the ladder fell over and both men spilled to the arena floor and the fans chanted "Holy crap!" Christian then got back in the ring and he started climbing the ladder and Edge got in the ring with a steel chair and he nailed Christian in the groin as he reached for the ladder and then Edge climbed up the ladders with chairs and he put one of the chairs in a ladder and then he put Christian's head on a ladder on the top of two ladders and then Edge grabbed the other chair and he gave Christian the one man Conchairto on the top of the ladder! Christian fell down and then Edge grabbed the belt to get the win!

WWE New York:

A shot of WWE New York was shown, and Spike Dudley is there, live. Jim Ross asked Spike how he's feeling and Spike said that he feels like a hundred bucks. He came to WWE New York to enjoy the show and to watch Tajiri and The Big Show lay a beating on Bubba and D-Von. Paul brought up Molly and a woman showed up next to Spike Dudley and Spike said "Molly who?"

The Dudleys went to double team The Big Show, but The Big Show was able to get the better of The Big Show. Tajiri then flipped over the top rope onto the Dudley Boyz on the outside of the ring and then D-Von got back in the ring and The Big Show gave him a side walk slam and a pin for a two count. Tajiri kicked D-Von in the robs and then Bubba got in the ring and he gave Tajiri the Bubba Bomb. Bubba looked at Tajiri as he was down and then he talked trash. Bubba made the tag to D-Von Dudley and he got in the ring with some right hands on Tajiri. D-Von made the tag to Bubba and then the Dudleys gave Tajiri a double team flap jack and then Bubba hammered away on Tajiri as he was down on the mat and then he pinned him for a two count. Bubba made the tag to D-Von and he got in the ring against Tajiri and D-Von took Tajiri down with a snap mare and then he held him in a reverse chin lock to wear him down. Tajiri battled out of it and then D-Von got the better of Tajiri and then Tajiri kicked D-Von as he came off the second rope.

Tajiri made the tag, but the referee didn't see it and then the Dudleys hit the double team headbutt to the groin to Tajiri behind the referee's back. Tajiri was able to give Bubba a DDT, and both men were down on the mat. Both men made the tag and The Big Show got in the ring and cleaned house of the Dudleys! The Big Show gave Bubba a splash in the corner and then he gave D-Von a super kick and then he grabbed Bubba by the throat, but D-Von stopped it with a chop block. Tajiri made a blind tag and Bubba tossed Tajiri down from the top rope and then the Dudleys knocked The Big Show down from the apron. Tajiri used his educated feet to gain control of the Dudleys and then he got the Tarantula on D-Von Dudley in the ropes, but Bubba broke it up. The Dudleys then whipped Tajiri off the ropes and Tajiri came back with a springboard elbow on both Bubba and D-Von and then Tajiri went to spit the green mist into Bubba's face, but he ducked and he hit the referee in the eyes. D-Von then knocked Tajiri to the outside of the ring and then The Big Show knocked D-Von to the outside and then he gave Bubba a choke slam and he pinned him, but there was no referee.

Rhyno stormed to the ring and he gave The Big Show a gore to take him out and then D-Von got Tajiri back in the ring. D-Von whipped Tajiri off the ropes and Tajiri nailed D-Von with an Enziguri and then a hard kick to the head. Tajiri pinned D-Von Dudley, but he only got a two count as the referee was slow to make the count. Tajiri avoided the Dudleys for a moment, but then the Dudleys hit the 3D and then D-Von pinned him for a three count to get the win.

Backstage:

Rhyno was shown walking in the backstage area, and Regal told him good job. Rhyno said that he did that, because he's tired of people treating the Alliance like it's some type of joke. Rhyno is going to change the way people look at the Alliance, even if he has to do it single handedly.

Backstage:

Booker T and Test were shown, and they were celebrating Test's win, and Test pumped Booker T up for his match against the Undertaker. Shane said that it's all about getting respect. Test took care of Kane, and all Booker T has to do is take out the Undertaker. Then the Alliance will respect Booker T, because the Undertaker has never been the 5 time WCW Champion, and he doesn't have a move that electrifies millions. Booker T said tonight, the Undertaker will be one dead sucka walking, now can you dig that?!

Booker T gave the Undertaker some shoulder blocks in the corner and then he whipped him into the other corner and went for a hard shoulder block, but the Undertaker moved out of the way. Booker T went into the steel ring post, shoulder first and then the Undertaker worked on the arm of Booker T. The Undertaker elevated Booker T by the arm and then he took him down to the mat by the arm and gave him a leg drop to the arm and then he held onto the arm with his legs. Booker T rolled through and he pinned the Undertaker for a two count. Booker T gave the Undertaker some right hands and then the Undertaker took Booker T down in an arm bar and got him in an arm breaker. The Undertaker walked the top rope and then he came off with a hard shot to the arm and then he knocked Booker T down with a clothesline and then he pinned him for a two count. Booker T rolled to the outside of the ring and then the Undertaker followed him out. Booker T slammed the Undertaker into the steel steps and then he hammered away on him with some right hands and kicks.

Booker T grabbed the ring bell, but Tim White grabbed it and then the Undertaker gave Booker T some right hands. The Undertaker knocked Booker T into the crowd and then he measured him and gave him a hard right hand. The Undertaker continued to give Booker T a number of right hands in the crowd and then he knocked Booker T back into the ringside area. Booker T rolled the Undertaker back into the ring and then he went to the top rope and he came off with a missile drop kick on the Undertaker and then he pinned him for a two count. Booker T and the Undertaker then exchanged right hands in the middle of the ring and then Booker T nailed the Undertaker with a side kick to knock him down. Booker T then pinned the Undertaker for a two count. Booker T picked the Undertaker up and gave him a side walk slam and then a pin for a two count. Booker T signaled for the spinaroonie to get back to his feet and then he kicked the Undertaker in the chest. The Undertaker got Booker T on his shoulders, but Booker T got out of it and then he gave him a neck breaker and a pin for a two count.

The Undertaker gave Booker T some right hands and Booker T battled back with some right hands of his own and then he went off the ropes and the Undertaker gave Booker T a big boot and then a pin for a two count. Booker T knocked the Undertaker down with a spinning heel kick and then he pinned him for a two count. Booker T whipped the Undertaker off the ropes and the Undertaker came back with a vicious DDT on Booker T. The Undertaker then pinned Booker T, but he only got a two count. The Undertaker gave Booker T some body shots, and then he whipped him into the corner and gave him a clothesline, and then into the other corner and another hard clothesline. The Undertaker then whipped Booker T off the ropes and then he nailed Booker T with a hard clothesline. The Undertaker went off the ropes and he gave Booker T a leg drop and then a pin for a two count. Booker T nailed the Undertaker and then he knocked him down with a side kick and then the Undertaker bailed to the outside of the ring and Booker T got back up with the spinaroonie! The Undertaker tried to get back in the ring, but Booker T caught him with the scissors kick.

Booker T pinned him for a two count as he got his foot on the bottom rope. Booker T gave the Undertaker some hard right hands, and then the Undertaker went for the choke slam, and the fans went nuts, but Booker T got out of it with a low blow. Booker T backed the Undertaker into the corner and he gave him a number of right hands and the Undertaker fired out of the corner with the Last Ride on Booker T and then he pinned him for a three count to get the win!

Backstage:

Chris Jericho was shown walking in the backstage area, and The Coach caught up with him. Chris said that it's time to put up or shut the hell up, and as much as he would like to stick around and chat, excuse him. He's gotta go win the big one.

The Rock battled out of it and then Chris yanked the arm of The Rock a couple of times. The Rock gave Chris a reverse elbow and then Chris slapped The Rock across the face and then he gave The Rock a number of right hands to take him down to the mat. Chris chopped away on The Rock, and you could hear the fans chanting "Y2J, Y2J!" Chris whipped The Rock off the ropes and The Rock ducked a clothesline and then The Rock knocked Chris down with a hard right hand and then he gave him a number of right hands down on the mat. Chris kicked The Rock in the chest and then The Rock went for the Rock Bottom, but Chris was able to get out of it. Chris went for the Walls of Jericho and The Rock got to the ropes to avoid it. The Rock got on the apron and Chris knocked him down with a springboard drop kick to knock him down from the apron. Chris Jericho then kicked away on The Rock as he was down on the mat and then he picked him up and dropped him onto the security wall. The Rock got back in the ring and Chris went to the top rope and came off with a reverse elbow and then a pin for a two count.

Chris gave The Rock some right hands on the mat and then Chris kicked away on The Rock as he was down. The Rock got up and he gave Chris some right hands and then Chris came off the ropes with the flying forearm and then he pinned him for a two count. Chris slapped The Rock across the face and then he backed him into the corner and chopped away on him. The Rock countered Chris and gave him some right hands and then Chris was able to knock The Rock down with a heel kick. Chris pinned The Rock for a two count and then Chris hooked The Rock in a side back breaker and then he jumped on him, back first. Chris then pinned The Rock for a two count and then Chris gave The Rock a drop kick as he was on the mat and then Chris nailed The Rock with a hard forearm to knock him down. Chris chopped The Rock across the chest and then he whipped him off the ropes and The Rock came back with a jumping clothesline. Chris hung The Rock up on the top rope and then he stomped away on him as he was down on the mat. Chris gave The Rock a body slam and then he went to the top rope, but The Rock hit the ropes to slow him down.

The Rock then gave Chris a number of hard right hands and then he chopped him as he was on the top rope. The Rock got Chris in a super plex from the top rope and both men were down on the mat. The Rock then gave Chris a number of right hands and then an over the head throw and then a Samoan drop and then a pin for a two count. Chris knocked The Rock down with a clothesline and The Rock nipped up and gave Chris a number of right hands and then he knocked him to the outside of the ring. The Rock slammed Chris Jericho's head into the announcer's table and then The Rock got Chris back in the ring. The Rock kicked away on Chris as he was down on the mat and then Chris got up and punched and chopped away on The Rock. Chris went off the ropes and The Rock caught him in a clothesline and then a pin for a two count. The Rock gave Chris Jericho a suplex and then he pinned him for a two count. Chris Jericho went off the ropes and The Rock tossed him over the top rope to the outside of the ring. The Rock then got out of the ring and he rolled Chris back into the ring and he pinned him for a two count.

The Rock got Chris in a reverse chin lock and he held onto it. The referee was there to check on Chris Jericho and Chris battled back to his feet and he went for a drop kick but The Rock avoided it and then The Rock gave Chris a sling shot into the top turnbuckle. The Rock then nailed Chris Jericho with a hard clothesline and then he slammed his head into the turnbuckle. The Rock perched Chris Jericho on the top rope and then he hooked him in a front face lock, but Chris was able to fight out of it to shove The Rock down to the mat. Chris Jericho then came off the top rope with a missile drop kick on The Rock! The referee started the ten count and The Rock got up to break the count. Chris then got up and the two exchanged blows. The Rock whipped Chris off the ropes, and Chris knocked The Rock down with a reverse elbow and then a swinging neck breaker. Chris then took The Rock down with a hurricanrana and a pin for a two count. Chris then gave The Rock a knee to the head and then he chopped him across the chest. The Rock whipped Chris into the corner and then The Rock went for a back suplex, but Chris landed on his feet.

Chris Jericho then gave The Rock the Rock Bottom and then he got up and hit the lionsault and he pinned him, but he only got a two count! The Rock slowly got up and Chris gave The Rock a bulldog down to the mat and then Chris set The Rock up for the people's elbow, and The Rock was able to get out of the way in time to avoid it! The Rock then took Chris down with a leg drag and then he put the Sharpshooter on Chris Jericho! After a few moments, Chris Jericho was able to get to the ropes, and some fans were booing, and some fans were cheering. Chris fell to the outside of the ring and The Rock went after him and then he took the top off of the Spanish announcer's table. Chris tried to get back in the ring, but The Rock dragged him to the outside of the ring. The Rock then got on the announcer's table with Chris Jericho and he set him up for the Rock Bottom and he gave it to him on the announcer's table, and the fans went nuts! The Rock then got back in the ring to break the referee's count and then he went back to the outside of the ring and grabbed hold of Chris Jericho.

The Rock nailed Chris with a right hand and then he rolled him back into the ring. The Rock picked up Chris Jericho's elbow pad and he tossed it out of the ring. The Rock set himself up for the Rock Bottom, and the fans booed him! Chris Jericho then got up and walked into The Rock and Chris gave The Rock some shots to the head and then Chris ran into a spinebuster from The Rock. The Rock then set Chris Jericho up for the people's elbow, but Chris got up and he got The Rock in the Walls of Jericho and The Rock did all he could to get to the ropes and then Chris dragged The Rock to the center of the ring and the fans went nuts in favor of Y2J! Stephanie then came out and tossed a chair into the ring and Jericho went after Stephanie, but she avoided it and then The Rock gave Chris Jericho a DDT. Stephanie got on the ring apron, and it looked like she was cheering for The Rock. The Rock dragged Stephanie into the ring and then he gave her the Rock Bottom! Chris Jericho then gave The Rock a reverse Russian leg sweep onto the steel chair and then he shoved the chair out of the ring and he pinned him for a three count to get the win!

The Aftermath:

Chris Jericho celebrated his win in the ring, and The Rock got up and he picked up the steel chair and he waited for Chris Jericho to turn around, and he got face to face with The Rock. The Rock couldn't believe that Jericho used the chair to win the match and then The Rock handed the chair to Chris Jericho. The Rock then left the ring as Chris held the belt and the steel chair up in the ring!

Backstage:

A shot of Vince McMahon's locker room was shown, and you gotta wonder what impact he will make tonight.

Austin stomped both men back and forth as they were down and then he backed Kurt into the corner and kicked him down in the corner. Austin kicked away on Rob and Kurt went over and nailed Austin. Austin went for the stunner, but Kurt caught his ankle and went for the ankle lock, and he got it on, but RVD broke it up. RVD then mounted Kurt and gave him a number of right hands. Austin broke it up and then RVD whipped Austin off the ropes and he knocked Austin down with a heel kick and then he hopped off the second rope and knocked Austin down with a kick. RVD then knocked Kurt down and then RVD nailed Kurt with the rolling thunder. RVD pinned Kurt, but Austin broke up the pin and then he tossed Kurt to the outside of the ring. Austin whipped RVD off the ropes and he gave him a spinebuster, and then he knocked Kurt down from the apron. Austin then pinned Rob Van Dam, but he only got a two count. Austin hammered away on Rob Van Dam and he worked on the leg, and then he knocked Kurt down from the apron. Austin got a half crab on RVD but Kurt Angle got in the ring and knocked Austin down from behind.

Kurt gave Austin a couple of right hands and then Austin dumped Kurt to the outside of the ring. Austin then put an STF on Rob and Kurt once again broke it up. Kurt tossed Austin to the outside of the ring and then Kurt chopped Austin, and Austin raked the eyes of Kurt. Austin then gave Kurt a sling shot into the steel ring post to knock him down. RVD went after Austin, but Austin grabbed him and slammed him into ring post. Kurt chopped away on Austin and then the two battled into the crowd. Kurt tossed Austin back into the ringside area and then he gave him a right hand and went to slam him into the announcer's table and then Rob Van Dam came off the top rope with a cannon ball on Austin and Kurt Angle! Rob rolled Kurt back into the ring and then he knocked Austin down with a kick. RVD leaped onto the announcer's table and then he came off with a leg drop on Austin. RVD got in the ring with Kurt, and Kurt gave RVD a Tazz-like suplex. Kurt Angle then went to the top rope and he came off with a moonsault on Rob Van Dam and then Austin got in the ring and pinned Rob for a two count as Kurt Angle nailed Austin in the ribs.

Kurt got Austin in a sleeper hold and Austin whipped Kurt into Rob and then Austin went for the stunner, but Angle got out of it. Angle went for the stunner, but he got out of it. Kurt and Austin then knocked each other down with a double clothesline. Rob Van Dam then went to the top rope and he came off with the Five Star Frog Splash, but both Angle and Austin were able to move out of the way. Angle got a German suplex pin on RVD, but Austin broke it up. Austin then gave Kurt Angle the stunner, and then he pinned him for a two count as RVD kicked Austin right in the head. Rob slammed Austin and then he hit the split legged moonsault and then a pin for a two count as Kurt broke it up. Kurt then gave Rob Van Dam the Angle Slam and then he pinned him for a two count as Austin broke it up. Austin knocked Kurt to the outside of the ring with a knee and then he went after Kurt and chopped him on the outside of the ring. Kurt battled back with some chops of his own and then Austin slammed Kurt Angle's head into the announcer's table a couple of times. Austin took the top off of the table and then he and Kurt got up on the table and Austin went for a piledriver, but Kurt gave Austin a back body drop onto the table, but the table didn't break.

Rob went down on the outside and Vince McMahon started walking to the ringside area as all three men were down on the outside of the ring. Kurt chopped Rob across the chest and then he rolled him into the ring. Kurt gave Rob some right hands and chops across the chest and then Rob whipped Kurt off the ropes, and Rob got a heel kick on Kurt to knock him down. Rob then went to the top rope for the Frog Splash, but Kurt quickly got up to his feet and hopped to the top rope and he took Rob down with an arm drag! Austin then crawled and got in the ring and he gave Angle the stunner and Kurt fell to the outside of the ring! Austin then turned his attention on Rob Van Dam and he waited for Rob to get up and Vince got in the ring and he nailed Austin with a steel chair, and there's no disqualification! RVD then went to the top rope and he came off with the Five Star Frog Splash as Vince told Kurt to come on and get in the ring. Rob then pinned Austin, but he was only able to get a two count. Kurt grabbed hold of Rob and he gave him a German suplex and then he went for another and he got it on and he gave him a third, a fourth and then the Angle Slam!

Shane McMahon then stormed to the ring and broke up the pin as Kurt pinned Rob. Shane tossed Kurt Angle to the outside of the ring and then Shane rammed Kurt Angle into the steel ring post and Vince charged at Shane and knocked him onto the announcer's table! Vince and Shane battled behind the announcer's table, and then Austin got up and he gave Rob Van Dam the Stone Cold Stunner and then a pin for a three count to get the win!

The Aftermath:

Vince McMahon couldn't believe that Austin retained the title, and he got on the announcer's table with an angry look on his face
