WWE No Mercy first began on May 16th, 1999. It took place in
Manchester, England. In October of 2003, No Mercy began it's
annual October event leading up to this years big PPV.

This year's WWE No Mercy PPV will take place on October 7th live
from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
After getting disqualified at WWE Unforgiven, John Cena will face
Randy Orton in a last man standing match. The PPV will also
feature the likes of Rey Mysterio, Batista, The Undertaker and
much much more.
