A column posted yesterday afternoon on the Pro Wrestling Torch website made the outrageous suggestion that WWE might have been involved in the fire that destroyed Jeff Hardy's house on Friday night.
Here is part of what was written in the column:
Could Jeff Hardy's house burning down be retaliation by WWE? Did Jeff have his actual results inside his home? It sure seems very convenient. WWE sends Jeff home for sixty days and then his house goes up in flames. It claimed his dog as well.. Could WWE have done this to make Jeff enter a rehab facility? Jeff could have refused and WWE went to drastic means to get him help. Without a home would Jeff be more open to treatment?
The column has since been removed and an apology was posted by Torch owner Wade Keller. For some reason, the apology has now also been removed.
