According to a recebtly released AP article both Floyd “Money” Mayweather and Big Show gave public comments at a WrestleMania XXIV press conference in Chicago regarding their confrontation following their weigh-in on Raw March 10, as well as their upcoming bout. Mayweather, who favored his taped-up elbow after an attack on Raw Monday night, insisted he would be ready for WrestleMania. His manager, Leonard Ellerbe, called Big Show’s actions “cowardly,” while Big Show told Mayweather he had “sent him a message” and wanted to shut him up.
