Former WWE wrestler Andrew "Test" Martin was charged with driving under the influence on Sunday morning in Pasco County, Fla. The Highway Patrol Trooper noted in the arrest report that Martin was "unsteady and shaking," but did not smell like alcohol. Martin's eyes were glassy and bloodshot and his speech was slurred, according to the report.

Martin failed a field-sobriety test. He refused to take a urine test and was taken to the Land O' Lakes Jail. "The defendant was constantly falling asleep in my vehicle," the trooper noted in the report.

Test was backstage at WrestleMania 24 in Orlando visiting his girlfriend Kelly Kelly.
